Where will the Tennessee Whiskey
Festival be held?

The next Festival will be Saturday, September 30, 2023, in First Tennessee/Horizon Pavillion in Downtown Chattanooga. 

Can I bring my pets?
Service dogs only. 

Do you sell tickets at the door?
Yes, we will offer ticket sales at the gate if we are not sold out at capacity before the event day. 

Do I need to bring a glass with me?
There's no need to bring a glass with you. A tasting glass will be provided to you at registration. It's yours to use for the evening and to take home with you.

What is the cancellation policy?
All tickets are non-refundable. No exceptions. The event is rain or shine. 

I bought a ticket for my friend, and he cannot come. Can I get my money back?
Tickets are non-refundable. Hopefully, you've got another friend who wants to go to Whiskey Festival.

Do you have to be 21 or older to attend?
YES -  you must be at least 21 to enter the Tennessee Whiskey Festival. As such, please ensure you have your valid Government-issued photo ID at the gate. You will not be admitted to the festival without a valid photo ID. Expired IDs will not be accepted. There will be NO EXCEPTIONS to this rule—examples of acceptable IDs: State Drivers License, Passport, State Issued Gun Permit.

Can I volunteer for the Tennessee Whiskey Festival? Can my organization volunteer for the Tennessee Whiskey Festival?

Are there discounts for group reservations?
Yes. For groups of 10 or more, we would like to offer you a discount.  Don't hesitate to get in touch with info@tnwhiskeyfestival.com

I am a member of the press. Do you reserve tickets for the press?
We reserve a limited number of tickets for qualified press members. If you would like a press pass to the festival, please send your request at least one week before the festival to be considered: info@tnwhiskeyfestival.com

Will there be food and alcoholic beverages available?
Yes, local food booths and water and soft drinks will be available for sale.  We encourage you to eat occasionally, and we want to keep you hydrated during the evening. 

When I discover a product I love at the Festival, can I buy a bottle there?
Unfortunately, no. Tennessee Alcoholic Beverage laws do not allow us to sell bottles of spirits. The Tennessee Whiskey Festival is a tasting event only. Bottles of spirits will not be available for sale, but select representatives will be happy to point you to retailers where you can obtain their products.

Can I be a vendor at the TN Whiskey Festival?

Yes! We ask that all interested vendors please email info@tnwhiskeyfestival.com to apply.  

 

 

Will this event sell out?
We hope so! There is always a chance that any event will sell out. With our new location at First Tennessee/Horizon Pavilion in Downtown Chattanooga, we will strive to keep the event comfortable and not overcrowded. We suggest that you purchase your tickets in advance. 

Who are the artists?
Stay tuned! We will announce the music lineup as booked!

How long does the festival last?                                             

Ticket sales at the gate will start at 1:00 pm.  Non-VIP ticket holders may enter the event at 1:00 pm. The tasting booths will be open from 1:00 pm - 5:00 pm. ** If the event is sold out in advance, ticket sales will not be available at the gate. We cannot guarantee tickets will be available at the gate.  

Is the event “family-friendly?”
While we are all about family, this event is a 21-and-over event. No Exceptions. 

I bought a General Admission ticket, and all my friends have VIP or Tasting Passes. Can I upgrade?
Yes- we would love for you to taste the Whiskeys!  Go to the check-in desk to upgrade your ticket at current-day pricing. This will be available if we are not sold out in advance.
 

I bought a VIP ticket or Whiskey Tasting Pass, but I only want a Gen. Admission ticket. Can I downgrade?
Because this is a fundraiser, all ticket sales are final/non-refundable. May we suggest that you trade with a friend who may be more interested in the tasting ticket? 

Can I buy tickets at the gate?
YES! As long as the event is not sold out in advance.  Gate ticket sales will start at 1:00 pm.  

What kind of beer will you have at the festival?
We will have local craft beers available at the cash bar on site. 

Will your vendors accept credit cards?
We will have a square available to accept credit cards for entry tickets and to purchase items from the cash bars.

Where do I park?

Several parking options downtown near Finely Stadium and the First Horizon Pavillion.

I drink A LOT of water. A LOT.
Can I bring in water?

 No outside food or beverages will be allowed. We will have water, and soft drinks will be available at the cash bars. 

What are the hours of the Tasting Experience?
 1:00 pm - 5:00 pm

Can I pick up my tickets at Will Call?
Yes -  you can just show up with your valid government-issued photo ID at the gate.

Is smoking permitted?

Yes, we request that if you smoke that you are respectful of others who don't by smoking in the designated areas only.
