Where will the Tennessee Whiskey
Festival be held?

The next Festival will be Saturday, September 15th at the historic Chattanooga Chattanooga Choo Choo in the Glenn Miller Gardens. 

Can I bring my pets?
Service dogs only. 

Do you sell tickets at the door?
Yes we will offer ticket sales at the gate as long as we are not sold out at capacity before the day of the event. 

Do I need to bring a glass with me?
There's no need to bring a glass with you. A tasting glass will be provided to you at registration. It's yours to use for the evening and to take home with you.

What is the cancellation policy?
All tickets are non-refundable. No exceptions. Event is rain or shine. 

I bought a ticket for my friend and he can't come. Can I get my money back?
Tickets are non-refundable. Hopefully you've got another friend who'd like to go to Whiskey Festival

Do you have to be 21 or older to attend?
YES -  you must be at least 21 years of age to enter the Tennessee Whiskey Festival. As such, please make sure you have your valid Government issued photo ID with you at the gate. You will not be admitted into the festival without a valid photo ID. Expired IDs will not be accepted. There will be NO EXCEPTIONS to this rule. Examples of IDs that are acceptable: State Drivers License, Passport, State Issued Gun Permit.

Can I volunteer for the Tennessee Whiskey Festival? Can my organization volunteer for the Tennessee Whiskey Festival?

Are there discounts for group reservations?
Yes. For groups of 10 or more, we would like to offer you a discount.  Please contact info@tnwhiskeyfestival.com

I am a member of the press, do you reserve tickets for press?
We do reserve a limited amount of tickets for qualified members of the press. If you would like a press pass to the festival, please send your request at least one week prior to the festival to be considered: info@tnwhiskeyfestival.com

Will there be food and non-alcholic beverages available?
Yes, there will local food booths along with water and soft drinks available for sale.  We encourage you to eat from time to time and we want to keep you hydrated during the evening. 

When I discover a product that I love at the Festival, can I buy a bottle of it right there?
Unfortunately, no. Tennessee Alcoholic Beverage laws do not allow us to sell bottles of spirits. The Tennessee Whiskey Festival is a tasting event only to benefit HArt Gallery.  Bottles of spirits will not be available for sale but select representatives will be happy to point you to retailers where you can obtain their products.

Can I be a vendor at the TN Whiskey Festival?

Yes! We ask that all interested vendors to please email info@tnwhiskeyfestival.com to apply.  

 

 

When do ticket prices increase?
Ticket sales begin May 1, 2018. Ticket costs will increase during May 1st - September 15th so get yours ASAP!

Will this event sell out?
We hope so! There is always a chance that any event will sell out. With our new location in the historic Chattanooga Choo Choo Glenn Miller Gardens we will strive to keep the event comfortable and not over crowded. We suggest that you purchase your tickets in advance. 

What is Hart Gallery?

How long does the festival last?                                             

Ticket sales at the gate will start at 6:00pm.  VIP ticket holders have early access to enter at 5:00pm. Non VIP ticket holders may enter the event at 6:00pm. The tasting booths will be open from 6:00pm - 11:00pm. ** If the event is sold out in advance there will not be ticket sales at the gate. We cannot guarantee tickets will be available at the gate.  

Is the event “family friendly?”
While we are all about family. This event is a 21 and over event. No Exceptions. 

I bought a General Admission ticket and all my friends have VIP or Tasting Passes. Can I upgrade?
Yes- we would love for you to taste the Whiskeys!  Go to the check in desk in the Chattanooga Choo Choo lobby  to upgrade your ticket at current day pricing. This will be available as long as we are not sold out in advance.
 

I bought a VIP ticket or Whiskey Tasting Pass but I only want a Gen. Admission ticket. Can I downgrade?
Because this is a fundraiser, all ticket sales are final/non-refundable. May we suggest that you trade with a friend who may be more interested in the tasting ticket. 

Can I buy tickets at the gate?
YES! As long as the event is not sold out in advance.  Gate ticket sales will start at 6:00 pm.  

What kind of beer will you have at the festival?
We will have a cadre of Craft beers available for purchase at the cash bars on site. 

Once I enter, can I leave and come back?
Sorry, there will be no in and out privileges. 

Will there be ATMs on-site?
Yes the Chattanooga Choo Choo has ATMs and we accept credit cards for ticket entry as long as the event is not sold out in advance. 

Will your vendors accept credit cards?
We will have square available to accept credit cards for entry tickets and to purchase items from the cash bars.

Where do I park?

Several parking options on site. There is the CARTA garage on the North side of the property, Republic parking lot across the street from the Chattanooga Choo Choo and on the Southside of the property Station Street. 
VIP parking will be complimentary for those that purchase their VIP pass in advance on the North side of the Chattanooga Choo Choo property in the CARTA garage. 

I drink A LOT of water. A LOT.
Can I bring in water?

 No outside food or beverages will be allowed. We will have water and soft drinks available for purchase at the cash bars. 

What are the hours of the Tasting Experience?
 5:00pm - 11:00pm

Can I pick up my tickets at Will Call?
Yes -  you can just show up with your valid government issued photo ID at the door and we will have app readers should you download tickets to your mobile device.

Is smoking permitted?

Yes we request that if you smoke that you are respectful of others who don't by smoking in the designated areas only.
