Where will the Tennessee Whiskey
Festival be held?

The next Festival will be Saturday, May 21 at the First TN Pavilion in Chattanooga. 

Can I bring my pets?
As much as we love furry little friends, we cannot allow any type of animal admittance to the Tennessee Whiskey Festival unless it is a service dog. 

Do you sell tickets at the door?
YES - tickets will be sold at the gate for whiskey tasters and those who are friends of whiskey tasters!

Do I need to bring a glass with me?
There's no need to bring a glass with you. A tasting glass will be provided to you at registration. It's yours to use for the evening and to take home with you.

What is the cancellation policy?
Once a Tennessee Whiskey Festival ticket has been purchased and processed, festival tickets are non-refundable.

I bought a ticket for my friend and he can't come. Can I get my money back?
Unfortunately, tickets are not refundable. Maybe you've got another friend who'd like to go to Whiskey Festival

Do you have to be 21 or older to attend?
YES -  you must be at least 21 years of age to enter the Tennessee Whiskey Festival. As such, please make sure you have your ID with you at the gate. You will not be admitted into the festival without proper picture ID. There will be NO EXCEPTIONS to this rule.

Can I volunteer for the Tennessee Whiskey Festival? Can my organization volunteer for the Tennessee Whiskey Festival?

Are there discounts for group reservations?
Yes.   For groups of 10 or more, we would like to offer you a discount.  Please contact info@tnwhiskeyfestival.com

I am a member of the press, do you reserve tickets for press?
We do reserve a limited amount of tickets for qualified members of the press.  If you would like a press pass to the festival, please send your request to: info@tnwhiskeyfestival.com

Will there be food and non-alcholic beverages available?
Yes, there will some light snacks and water throughout the evening and soft drinks available for sale.  We encourage you to eat from time to time and keep hydrated during the evening. 

When I discover a product that I love at the Festival, can I buy a bottle of it right there?
Sorry, based on TN alcoholic beverage laws the Whiskey Festival is a tasting event only to benefit HArt Gallery.  Bottles of spirits will not be available for sale but select representatives will be happy to point you to retailers where you can obtain their products.

 

When do ticket prices increase?
April 8th

Will this event sell out?
We have space for a lot of folks but there is a possibility the
event can sell out.  Whiskey Tasting tickets will be limited for this event so if you are an enthusiast and want to taste, don't tarry too long to get your tickets.

What is Hart Gallery?
H♥Art Gallery TN is a 501c3 not-for-profit entity that offers homeless and other individuals a means to achieve good self esteem through art - and a hand up, not a hand out.  Hart Gallery services benefit over 14 other non profits.   Click for More Info:  HartGalleryTn.com

Who are the artists?
We are still working on booking bands for this event so stay tuned.

How long does the festival last?                                    Ticket sales will open at 5:30 pm, doors open at 5:30 pm and ...  tasting will start at 6:00pm and run till 10:00pm with the event closing at 11:00pm.

Is the event “family friendly?”
Not really- unless all of your family members are 21 years and older!   21 and older - NO EXCEPTIONS.    

I bought a General Admission ticket and all my friends have Cask Passes. Can I upgrade?
Yes- we would love for you to taste the Whiskeys!  See check –in to upgrade your ticket at current date pricing - IF ANY ARE STILL AVAILABLE!
 

I bought a VIP ticket or Whiskey Tasting Pass but I only want a Gen. Admission ticket. Can I downgrade?
Because this is a fundraiser, all ticket sales are final - we suggest you trade with a friend who may be more interested in the tasting.

Can I buy tickets at the gate?
YES!  Gate ticket sales will start at 5:30 pm.  

What kind of beer will you have in the
Tasting Tent?

We will have a cadre of TN craft beers available for sale.

Once I enter, can I leave and come back?
Sorry, there will be no in and out privileges.

Will there be ATMs on-site?
Yes and we accept credit cards for ticket entry.

Will your vendors accept credit cards?
We should have square available to accept credit cards for entry tickets and to purchase bar tickets so, you can leave the cash at home.

Where do I park?
VIP parking will be next to the Pavilion and there is plenty of parking in the Finley lots.

I drink A LOT of water. A LOT.
Can I bring in water?

 A LOT of water will be provided.  

What are the hours of the Tasting Experience?
6:00 – 10:00

Can I pick up my tickets at Will Call?
Yes -  you can just show up with your ID at the door and we will have app readers should you download tickets to your mobile device.

I don’t want to go anymore.
How can I get a refund?

Because this is a fundraiser, all ticket sales are final - we suggest you give your ticket to a friend who may be more interested in attending the event

Is smoking permitted?
Outside of the Pavilion you are free to smoke.
